ATTENTION:
If cooling cycle has been wrongly activated, it is possible to
deactivated in the following ways:
− If the cycle is not active, button
cooking parameters remain on memory.
− If the cycle is active, button
twice.
− If the cycle is active, button
seconds. In this case it's necessary to wait for jacket emptying advised on down
display (8). During this period is not possible to start any cycle.
2.4.2

START COOLING CYCLE

− To start cooking/cooling cycle press
− The heating remains on for the selected time.
− At the end of cooking cycle, the water jacket filling starts till setpoint reaching
(ex.C10). The top display (8) shows the SETPOINT and the real temperature.
− Note. It is possible to modify the cooling SETPOINT even during cooling cycle
as per par.2.4.1.
− After cooling cycle, the kettle wash out the water by jacket till right level for next
cooking.
− Note. It's possible to stop manually the cooling cycle by 3 seconds pressing of
.
− Now the down display shows the countdown of jacket emptying (8-13 min by
model).
− Attention: during jacket emptying any fuction are not available.

In case of switching off of the equipment during cooling cycle, the
emptying operation restarts after switch on
