GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS
The following warnings are an integral and essential part of the product and must be handed to the user.
Read them carefully as they provide important indications regarding the installation safety, usage and maintenance.
It is necessary to keep these instructions and hand them over to potential new users of the system.
Do not allow children to play with the fixed command devices.
Keep the remote controls away from the children's reach.
Check the system at least every 6 months to discover potential imbalances and wear signs or damages to cables and springs.
If they are damaged, do not attempt to repair or adjust, and proceed with the replacement.
In the presence of others, pay attention until the closing operation is finished in order to avoid hazardous situations.
All unnecessary cables must be removed before the installation.
All unnecessary mechanisms for the motor operation must be deactivated.
The moving parts of the motor must be protected if the latter is mounted at a height less than 2.5 m.
For the awnings, the horizontal distance between the fully open awning and any permanent object must be of at least 0.4 m.
1. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS AND USAGE
The APRIMATIC tubular motors are usually used for the automation of roller blinds and awnings.
When choosing the type of motor for the application one must take into consideration the nominal torque and the operation time
mentioned in the plate data. The minimum diameter of the tube on which the motor can be installed is 40 mm for 43800/001; 52 mm
for 43810/001-002; and 60 mm for 43801/003 and 43810/003.
The product is silent during the operation, barely visible, contains compact dimensions and can be quickly installed. To prolong the
motor life, an internal protection device against overheating which triggers the automatic switch off in case of prolonged operation is
provided.
The tubulars are equipped with electronic end stop function as obstacle detection.

The nominal motor torque in Nm (Newton per meter) is indicated on the motor tag.
The lifting lever is obtained by adding the rolling tube's radius (R1 in the adjacent drawing) and half of the
thickness of the table-top conveyor (R2 in the adjacent drawing) or half of the chord that supports the applied
weight.
