If the 1000 l underground tanks are installed as collection tanks without outflows, all the above steps and
instructions apply; only the overflow and empty piping is not installed.
In addition to the expanded rubber gasket on the telescopic top piece, an expanded rubber gasket is
available for the double-walled PE cover suitable for pedestrian loading as an odour trap
(art. no.: 790079).
The entire system must be checked for tightness, cleanliness and stability at least once every three
months.
The entire system should be maintained approximately every 5 years. All parts should be cleaned and
their function checked.
For maintenance, proceed as follows:
Fully empty tank
•
Remove solid residue with a soft spatula
•
Clean surfaces and built-in parts with water
•
Remove all dirt and contamination from the tank
•
Check that all built-in parts are securely mounted
