Use two BLACK 1-1/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (HHH).
Fasten the SMALL TOP (H2) to the TOP (G3). Use four

BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (JJJ) through the TIE
PLATES on the TOP and into the SMALL TOP.
