We recommend cleaning the hob regularly, ideally after each use. Avoid sponges that could
leave scratches and abrasive agents. Also avoid aggressive cleaning products such as oven
sprays or stain removers, as well as universal or bath cleaning products.
When the hob is sufficiently cool, pour a few drops of a suitable cleaning product on the hob
and wipe it with paper towel or a clean cloth. Then, wipe the hob with a damp cloth and dry it
with a clean cloth.
Note: Use flat-bottomed cookware and always lift cookware when moving it on the
hob to avoid scratches. (21)
In the event of a fault, contact an official distributor or authorised dealer.
External sensor maintenance:
Clean the sensor measurement area using a suitable sponge and regular liquids for cleaning
dishes and removing grease, limescale and other residues. Clean the metal end sensor with
care.
Carefully clean the part of the sensor body where electronics and connections are housed
with a damp cloth and keep liquids from entering inside.
