Wenn der Ablauf der
wiederkehrenden Prüfung nicht
dem vorgegebenen
Ablaufdiagramm folgt,
überprüfen Sie:
– das Schaltgerät
(Maximum-/Minimum-
Sicherheitsschaltung;
bei Commutec S:
Schaltverzögerung)
– den Füllstand im Tank
(Schwinggabel frei?)
– den Elektronikeinsatz FEL 57
(Schalterstellung STD/ EXT)
– die Leitung zum Liquiphant M/
S (Kurzschluß/
Unterbrechung)
– die Schwinggabel des
Liquiphant M/S
(verkrustet? korrodiert?)

Trouble-shooting
If the functional test does not run
according to the appropriate
sequential diagram, then check:
– the switching unit
(max./min. fail-safe mode; for
Commutec S: switching delay)
– the level in the tank
(fork uncovered?)
– the electronic insert FEL57
(switch setting STD/ EXT)
– the connection to the
Liquiphant M/S
(short-circuit / broken)
– the Liquiphant M/S fork
(build-up? corrosion?)

FR Recherche de défauts
Lorsque le test cyclique ne se
déroule pas d'après le schéma
indiqué, il convient de vérifier:
– le détecteur
(sécurité min/max;
pour Commutec S:
temporisation)
– le niveau dans le réservoir
(fourche découverte?)
– l'électronique FEL57 (position
de commutateur STD/ EXT)
– le câble vers le Liquiphant M/S
(court-circuit / rupture)
– la fourche vibrante du
Liquiphant M/S (encrassée?
corrodée?)
