Installation for Busch Remote Control ® IR
The Dimmer 6590U can be used as a component of the
Busch-Jaeger IR Remote Control ® System. In this case,
the dimmer is to be combined with the Busch-Jaeger
®
Remote Control IR Operating Element 6066-xxx-10x.
The position of installation should be within the IR
reception area.
The IR reception area may be varied by extraneous light
(e.g. sunlight, lighting).
Installation of the IR Operating Element
First set the desired address on the IR Operating
Element 6066-xxx-10x (see Fig. 5). Clip the Operating
Element onto the FM version of Dimmer 6590U. At the
same time, ensure that the IR Operating Element does
not become jammed in the frame.
Removal fo the IR Operating Element
Lift the operating element up via the notches provided
onthe left and right.
