11. Always be careful when using this
appliance as it releases boiling hot
steam.
12. Do not direct the steam nozzle towards
people, furniture, curtains, walls, electrical
appliances or objects that may be
sensitive to heat, water and/or humidity.
13. Fill the water tank with cold drinking or
distilled water only.
14. Never add any aromatic substances or
oils to the water contained in the tank.
15. Carefully pour the essences or balsamic or
aromatic oils into the essence container,
making sure the liquid never comes into
contact with the external surfaces of the
tank or drips inside the device through the
dispenser nozzle or the inlet used to refi ll
the tank (5)
16. Pay attention never to pour
essence or balsamic/aromatic
oils into the essence container
when the appliance is switched
ON as the temperature of the
dispensed steam could cause
severe scorching or burns.
Please be very careful.
17. ATTENTION: when the resistance comes
into contact with water it reaches a high
temperature and should only be touched
when cold.
18. When clearing or drying the
equipment always wait until
the resistance has cooled down
before any operation with direct
contact: the temperature of the
resistance may cause serious
burns, always be very cautious.
19. Always disconnect the power cable plug
from the mains socket when the appliance
is not in use or left unattended.
20. The power cable must be replaced only
with another power cable of the same
type by expert technicians or at any
authorised Artsana S.p.A. dealer.
21. Before carrying
or maintenance
disconnect the plug from the mains
socket.
22. Do not move, lift or incline the humidifi er
or carry out cleaning or maintenance
operations when
operating or is connected to the mains
socket or is still hot.
23. Do not use accessories, spare parts, or any
component not supplied or approved by
out any cleaning

25. When using any electrical appliance, it
is necessary to follow some basic safety
regulations:
• Never touch the appliance with wet or

appliance to unplug the appliance from
the mains.
• Do not leave the appliance exposed to
atmospheric agents (rain, sun, etc.).
• Keep the appliance and power cable away
from heat sources.
• Never submerge the appliance in water or
any other liquid, or place it under running
water.
• Do not touch the equipment if it has
accidentally fallen in water. Disconnect
the power supply, lowering the lever of
your central fuse box and disconnect
the plug from the mains socket before
touching the appliance. Do not use
the appliance and contact a qualifi ed
technician or one of Artsana S.p.A.'s
authorised service centres.
• The appliance does not contain parts,
which can be repaired or reused by the
purchaser. It can only be opened with
special tools.
If the equipment is faulty and/or
not working correctly, switch it off
immediately and disconnect the plug
from the mains socket. Do not attempt to
open the product. Contact your retailer or
one of Artsana S.p.A.'s authorised service
centres.
26. When the appliance is in use, always take
great care and never remove the fastener
screws on the lid cover.
27. The appliance must be cleaned and dried
thoroughly at the end of every cycle.
28. If the appliance is not used for a long
period, it must be stored as indicated
in the Cleaning and Maintenance
paragraph.
29. When the appliance is no longer used,
it is recommended to unplug it from

cable.
30. Do not dispose of this product as a
normal urban refuse. Dispose of it at
a differentiated collection point for
