RECOMMENDED OIL GRADES

For plastic bowls and lubricator dome (made of special polyamide)
the following mineral oil grades for light loading are recommended.
Please heed safety advice!
Do not use any synthetic oils!

TECHNICAL DATA

The following max. operating pressures and temperatures are
not allowed to be exceeded:
Filter, filter regulator and lubricator with plastic bowl:
16 bar / 232 psi, up to max. +30 °C
10 bar / 145 psi, up to max. +50 °C
Distributor, starting valve, ball valve:
25 bar / 363 psi, up to max. +80 °C
Pressure regulator and units with metal bowl:
20 bar / 290 psi, up to max. +50 °C
3/2 way starting valve:
10 bar / 145 psi, up to max. +50 °C
Service units with internal condensate drain valve:
0 – 10 bar / 0 – 145 psi, up to max. +50 °C
Connection:
25 bar / 363 psi, up to max. +50 °C

REPAIRS
Repairs may only be performed by the manufacturer or by
authorized repair shops, using original parts.
WARRANTY
Problems that can be proven to be factory defects will be
repaired free of charge. Provided you report the problem

immediately after detecting it and within the warranty period.
Damages caused by improper use or due to non-compliance

with the operating manual are excluded from this warranty.

The warranty period is 12 months. Unless otherwise specified,
32
the warranty period for accessories is 6 months. Warranty
32 claims do not cause an extension of the warranty period. If
necessary repairs, adjustments etc. are carried out in addition
32
to the warranty services, then the warranty services are free of
32
charge but the other services are charged including transport
32
and packaging. Additional or other claims, especially for damages
32
that do not concern the device, are excluded if liability is not
32
prescribed by law.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY

Our warranty for damages does not apply in the following cases:
Nonobservance of our maintenance, installation and safety
guidelines.
The units were used in an impermissible and improper manner.
The units were used in spite of obvious faults.
Other spare or replacement parts were used instead of original
parts.
The permissible operating parameters were not followed, for
example the operating pressure
The units, which should not be opened (except for maintenance
purpose), were dismantled or unauthorised modifications were
made.
Serial numbers were changed, damaged or removed from the
units.
Damages on wearing parts.
Damages due to non-approved oils or antifreezes.
