Lubricator
Compressed air lubricators supply a fine oil mist to the com-
pressed air, thereby providing for constant and reliable lubri-
cation of pneumatically driven tools, valves, cylinders etc. The
minimum pressure is 0.5 bar.
Adjustment: Set the quantity of oil (drops per minute) during
operation using the metering screw. Recommended quantity
of oil ap proximately 1-2 drops/m³ air. For this purpose, open
screw in lubricator dome by turning it approximately 1 revo-
lution to the left. Drops are visible in viewing glass (

1. Unscrew filler plug. Bowl relieved.
2. Pour oil through filler hole using a suitable oil can or remove
bowl and replenish directly.
3. Refit bowl.
4. Close hole again with filler plug.
CONNECTIONS
Service units can be put together using the joining elements as illustrated. The screws must be tightened hand-tight and evenly.
Pay attention to the proper positioning of the sealing elements!
