GENERAL WARNINGS

Warning
Ensure the parts of the frame allow for a proper functioning of the LINEARE operator.
The operator can injure you! It exerts a thrust and tractive force equal to max. 800 N. Ensure the
connecting points of the standard accessories can tolerate this stress.
The frame shall be equipped with suitable supporting and safety systems. The LINEARE opera-
tor cannot be regarded as a supporting part or a safety element of the window-frame.
Information
The installation of Aprimatic products should be entrusted to qualifi ed technicians having the
necessary technical skill.
Check the effi ciency of the system (condition of the hinges, solidity of the attachments and
general conditions of the frame) at least every twelve months; in the case of special systems,
do a periodical check every six months.
If you are unsure about anything or in the case of failures, contact the Technical After-Sales
Service immediately.
1.4. WARRANTY
1)The material is guaranteed for a period of one year starting from the date of the delivery note.
2)The warranty extends only to the repair or replacement of the appliance parts acknowledged as
defective by APRIMATIC due to faulty material or workmanship.
3)Transport freights are at the Customer's charge and APRIMATIC accepts no liability for on-the-spot
inspections or checks at the Customer's seat.
4)The warranty does not extend to defects attributable to: a) negligence or improper use; b) wrong
installation or maintenance; c) maintenance interventions done by non-authorised personnel; d) dama-
ges arising from transport; e) use of the appliance other than that foreseen by the Manufacturer; f)
events that cannot be related to workmanship failures.
5)APRIMATIC does not install systems; therefore it accepts no liability for it. In any case, it is strongly
recommended to strictly obey the safety precautions and the good installation practices and to install
systems according to the enforced regulations.
6)The warranty shall cease to have effect if the purchaser alters or modifi es the product.
7)The conformity to the specifi c type-approvals and regulations in force in the country of installation
shall be checked by the installer.
8)APRIMATIC accepts no liability for direct or indirect damage to persons or things arising from the
non-compliance with the clauses of this WARRANTY and the special instructions.
