Some conditions can make it inadvisable to use
the appliance. If in doubt about whether or not you
should use the appliance, consult your doctor or
dermatologist. The following list is not exhaustive,
it only contains examples of the conditions for
which it is necessary to consult your doctor or
dermatologist before using the appliance:
• Skin allergies.
• Burns from excessive exposure to sunlight or
use of solarium lamps.
• Eczema, psoriasis, lesions, open wounds or
active infections (such as herpes) in the area
of treament.
• A recent chemical peeling or microdermoabrasion.
• Taking medicines that can cause skin sensitivity.
• Recent cosmetic surgery in the areas to be
treated.
• Acne, infections or abnormal skin conditions
due to systemic or metabolic disorders.
