Playing back messages

The answering machine differentiates between already played back messages
("old" messages) and messages that have not yet been played back ("new
messages").
If new messages have been recorded on the answering
machine, "New message" will appear on the handset
display. The number of recorded messages will flash on
the base station display.
When you play back messages, new messages will al-
ways be played back first.
Playing back messages on the base station
 To play back messages, press the Play/Pause button
on the base station.
The recorded messages will now be played back.
 To end playback, press the Play/Pause button again.
Playback is now ended.
 To skip a message, press the "Next message" jump
key.
"Next message".
 To play back a message again or to play back the
previous message, press the
"Previous message" key.
 To change the volume during playback, press the
"VOL+" or "VOL-" key on the base station.
