PLEASE NOTE!
Please note, however, that these functions are implemented by
your telephone provider (not by the telephone itself). Ask your
network provider which functions you may execute with the R key.
Also ask for the exact key combinations for the various R key func-
tions (e.g.: "Accept waiting call", "Reject waiting call", etc.).

Key lock

To prevent accidental dialling when you are carrying the handset with you,
you can activate the keypad lock. This is not possible during a call.
 Hold down the hash key until
"Keypad lock" lights up and the symbol for the key lock ap-
pears on the display.
PLEASE NOTE!
This will not affect your ability to receive calls.
 To deactivate the keypad lock, hold down the hash key until
the symbol for the key lock disappears.

Switching off the ring tone

 To switch off the ring tone, press and hold the asterisk key.
"Ring tone off" lights up on the display and the
pears.
 To switch the ring tone back on, press and hold down the
hash key.
The symbol disappears on the display.
