15. Assemble Cross Tube (#25) to Legs (#19) with Hex Bolts
(#24) and Nuts (#34) as shown in Figure 8. Be sure that
the offset holes in (#19) Legs match each other as shown
in Detail G.
16. Attach leg caps (#26) to bottom of the legs (#19) as
shown in Figure 8.
