buttons (4 or ¢ buttons on the remote control unit).
1
Press once to go back to the beginning of the current track
and twice in succession to go back the previous track.
Repeatedly press the button to go back to earlier track
numbers. When programmed playback is activated,
pressing 4 1 (or 4) goes back to previous tracks in
the program.
2
Press once to advance to the next track, and repeatedly to
continue advancing to higher track numbers. When
programmed playback is activated, pressing ¡ ¢ (or
¢) skips to the next track in the program.
B Scanning through the track (Manual
search)
Press and hold the 4 1 or ¡ ¢ buttons (1 or ¡
buttons on the remote) to scan through a track.
1
For scanning in the reverse direction, pressing and holding
4 1 (or 4) moves the played position in the reverse
direction at a high speed. When a disc has been searched
in the reverse direction until the beginning, the unit enters
play mode.
2
For scanning in the forward direction, pressing and holding
¡ ¢ (or ¢) during playback or when playback is
paused scans through the audio on the disc in the forward
direction at a high speed. When a disc has been scanned
until the end, "END" is displayed and the unit enters the
pause mode, which can be released by pressing 4 1
(or 4) or the 7 button.
÷ During programmed playback, only the current track being played can be
searched in the forward or reverse direction. When the current track has
been searched in the forward direction until the end, the unit enters pause
mode at the position immediately before the next track; press the 3, 8 or
4 1 (or 4) buttons to release the pause mode. When the current track
has been searched in the reverse direction until the beginning, playback
restarts from the beginning of the track.
