With the BORT MyoActive Sport, you have purchased a highquality thigh support. It
combines the operating principle of compression, conventional tape and Kinesio tape
in a single support.
The BORT MyoActive Sport can be worn as a preventive measure when the muscles are
under heavy strain. The tape principle here ensures better circulation for the muscles
and therefore an improvement of movement and stamina.
During the acute phase, both compression and the tape principle ensure pain reduction
and stabilisation of the weakened or injured thigh structures.
The BORT MyoActive Sport can also be used for chronic pain. Here, the operating princi
ples compression, conventional tape and Kinesio tape integrated in the support relieve
muscle structures which are already damages and can provide protection against new
muscle lesions.

Fitting instructions

1. The circular belt system is included with the delivery of the thigh support. If neces
sary, it can be adapted to the thigh support (step 6).
2. Then, open both cross restraints and let both straps hand down
wards. Here, you see the green velour inner surface with the direc
(F)
tional arrows and marking strips as a socalled "pull stop".
3. Put the upper thigh support on when standing, with a relaxed leg
and a slight knee bend. Here, the relief zone should be at the height
of the injured region (F).
Tip: the thigh support can be used for the (front) kneestretching and (rear) knee
bending muscles.
4. Following this, pull the first cross restraint down
wards (as indicated by the arrow). Please pull the
strap downwards to the marking strip (not further).
Then attach the strap diagonally ( / ) to the upper
velour with Velcro.
5. Following this, repeat the process with the second
cross restraint. Here the straps cross ( X ). No spe
cific sequence is prescribed for attaching the cross
restraints.
