To help preserve battery life, your Slim Book will enter sleep mode if left on
and not used for several minutes. To awaken your Slim Book, press any key. The
Slim Book's battery has no memory and may be charged whenever you wish.
SPECIAL FUNCTION KEYS
Your Slim Book Keyboard has been designed with the following special
function keys to give you more control of your tablet:
APPS RUNNING – Displays applications currently running in the background.
HOME – Displays your tablet's home screen.
RETURN – Undoes the last operation.
LOCK – Activates and deactivates your tablet's sleep mode.
APPS – Opens your application window.
fn + CALENDAR – Opens Google Calendar™.
DECREASE SCREEN BRIGHTNESS – Decreases screen brightness.
INCREASE SCREEN BRIGHTNESS – Increases screen brightness.
PREVIOUS TRACK – Skips to the previous track on your selected playlist.
PLAY/PAUSE – Starts or pauses your current playlist.
NEXT TRACK – Skips to the next track on your current playlist.
fn + MULTI WINDOW – Opens a second window next to your primary window.
fn + VIRTUAL KEYBOARD – Shows your on-screen keyboard.
fn + NOTIFICATION – Shows all current downloads and emails.
MUTE – Mutes your tablet's audio.
VOLUME DOWN – Decreases your tablet's volume.
VOLUME UP – Increases your tablet's volume.
fn + SEARCH – Opens your tablet's search function.
fn + S VOICE – Initiates Google Voice™.
fn + INTERNET – Opens Google Chrome™ or your default internet browser.

BLUETOOTH 1 – Pairs your Slim Book Keyboard with your preferred device. If
you have paired with a second or third device, (see below) press
instantly switch to that device.
