Dit voorbeeld is gebaseerd op Windows Vista met Service Pack 1. Om de onderstaande stappen te kunnen uitvoeren, moet u onder Windows Vista over administrator-toegangsrechten beschikken.

Als u het probleem met het IP-adres niet kunt oplossen met de bovenstaande stappen, kunt u de standaard fabrieksinstellingen herstellen met behulp van de reset-knop aan de achterkant van het apparaat.

    NEDERLANDS 5.3 Snelstart wizard U kunt de C300APRA2 instellen met de ingebouwde wizard. Deze wizard helpt u om de ADSL-instellingen stap voor stap te configureren. Voordat u met de snelstart wizard begint, moet u zorgen dat u alle informatie over uw internetinstellingen bij de hand heeft, zoals accountgegevens, verbindingstype, etc.

    Wanneer er verbinding is gemaakt met de draadloze cliënt, blijft het WPS-lampje 5 seconden blauw. Na deze 5 seconden gaat het lampje uit. Uw draadloze cliënt is nu verbonden met de C300APRA2 en uw draadloze netwerk is beveiligd met WPA- encryptie.

De draadloze verbinding is standaard niet beveiligd. Om ongeoorloofde toegang tot uw netwerk te voorkomen, is het noodzakelijk uw netwerk te beveiligen.

    NEDERLANDS 8. Regels instellen voor virtuele servers De Conceptronic C300APRA2 heeft een ingebouwde firewall om internetaanvallen op uw netwerk af te weren. Deze firewall blokkeert automatisch al het inkomende verkeer op ongebruikte poorten. Wanneer u een geblokkeerde poort nodig heeft voor een toepassing (zoals een FTP-server of webserver) kunt u op de configuratiepagina's een Virtual Server Rule (regel voor virtuele server) aanmaken om het verkeer aan de server te kunnen doorgeven.

    You will first get a login window asking you for a User name and Password. Enter the default User name and Password (‘admin’ and ‘admin’) and click “OK” to enter the web-based configuration. The login page of the C300APRA2 will be shown. When the User name and Password are correct the router will display the “Status” page.

    ENGLISH 7. Manually configure wireless security This chapter describes how to manually secure the wireless connection of the C300APRA2. By default the wireless connection is not secured. To prevent unauthorized access to your network, securing your network is necessary. 7.1 Wireless settings Follow the steps below to manually configure the wireless security.

    ENGLISH 8. Setting up virtual server rules The Conceptronic C300APRA2 is equipped with a built-in firewall to prevent attacks from the Internet on your network. This firewall automatically blocks all incoming traffic on unused ports. When a blocked port is needed for a service or application (for example: a FTP or WEB server) you can create a Virtual Server Rule in the configuration pages to forward the traffic.

    Pulse el botón WPS de su cliente inalámbrico. Puede tratarse de un botón real o de un botón virtual en el software de su cliente inalámbrico. El C300APRA2 activará la protección WPA en su red inalámbrica y aceptará la conexión inalámbrica de su cliente inalámbrico WPS.
