Conversion of gas hob for use with different gas type
(instructions for approved gas installer)
■ Order conversion nozzles from the dealer.
■ Disconnect the gas hob and the control unit from the electric power
supply and close the gas supply line.
■ For factory gas type settings, see bottom of hob.
Changing gas nozzle in the hob burners
► Remove the pan support.
► Remove the burner cap and the burner head.
► Unscrew the burner gas nozzle (1) and replace it with a
nozzle according to the nozzle table.

Replacing gas nozzle in the gas taps of the control unit

► Remove the control unit from the
cabinet.
► Using a screwdriver, unscrew the
gas nozzle (2) and remove it with
pincers or small pliers from the gas
knob. Insert and tighten the new
gas nozzle. For nozzle data, see
mark and nozzle table.
► Apply the conversion labels over the adhesive labels showing the factory gas
settings on the appliance and the control unit.

Checking flame stability

After conversion of the hob, check whether the flames are steady and regular.
► To do this, ignite the burner and turn the knob repeatedly from the highest to
the lowest flame. The flame must not go out.
