Disconnect the earth lead from the battery.

Remove lower screen of steering column. Loosen switch screen with fog lights switch located near dashboard.
Remove dashboard from the left side.
3.
Draw connection bunch with 16-input joints to steering column.
a) There is connecting box located near steering column. Loosen it. There is 16-input joint located on the back
side. Disconnect it and then connect it to suitable joint of connection bunch. Connect remaining joints to socket
in connecting box.
4.
Only Mercedes Sprinter and VW LT:
a) Draw black/red cable with 2-input joint over brake pedal to brake lights switch. Disconnect joint from brake lights
switch and connect it to suitable joint of connection bunch. Connect remaining 2-input joint to brake lights
switch,
b) Draw grey and grey/white cables to fog lights switch. Disconnect 8-input joint from switch, remove cable from
chamber no. 8,
c) Put supplied terminal screen on removed cable and connect it to grey/white cable of connection bunch,
d) Put grey cable in empty socket of chamber no. 8.

Only Mercedes V-Klasse:
a) Draw black/red cable with 2-input joint over brake pedal to brake lights switch. Remove 2-inpit joint of
connection bunch and connect remaining cable using blue quick joint to black/red cable (near 2-input joint) or
black/purple/white (near 4-input joint),
b) Draw grey and grey/white cables to fog lights switch. Find and cut cable feeding fog lights in vehicle bunch.
Insulate cut ends on 5mm length. Clip supplied terminal at the end of cable running to standing lights and put
supplied terminal screen on it. Put supplied cap screen on grey cable and connect both cables,
c) Clip cap on remaining end. Put supplied cap casing on it and connect it to grey/white cable of connection bunch.
6. Draw remaining bunch through vehicle pass to engine chamber. Draw connection bunch near bunch at the bottom
of vehicle to tow hook, install it using supplied band clips (passing round fuel tank).

Connect brown and additionally white/brown in 13-polar set to eyelet terminal to earth point in vehicle. In
Mercedes V-Klasse, it is located near left standing lights.
8. Only for 13-polar set. Draw blue/red cable to vehicle bunch.
a) Find and cut reversing lights cable in vehicle bunch. Insulate cut ends on 5mm length. Clip supplied terminal at
the end of cable running to standing lights,
b) Clip cap at the end. Put both supplied caps on cables and connect them to suitable joints in connection bunch.
9. Connect bunch to socket in the following way:
a) Draw end of cable bunch with metal cable ends through hole near connection socket handle,
b) Draw attached rubber socket retaining plate over the end of cable set (if necessary use anti-friction agent),
c) Socket is connected according to the following scheme:
