4. GUARANTEES
There is a 2-year warranty for all the parts.
In the event of warranty cancellation:
• A failure or a mistake in the hibernation procedure leads to the
cancellation of the warranty.
• The elimination, suppression or modification of one of the safety
components involves the cancellation of the warranty.
• A failure in the installation procedure which is related to the lack of
observance of the instructions contained in this manual will mean the
cancellation of the warranty.
IMPORTANT
The warranty will only have effect if the coupon is returned duly
completed, sealed and signed by all interested parties.

5. PRODUCT RECYCLING

When the heat pump reaches the end of its service life, it should be
dismantled by an authorized company or may be transported to the place
assigned by the corresponding local authorities.
6. WARRANTY

WARRANTY COVERAGE

1.1 In accordance with these provisions, the salesman guarantees that the
product corresponding to this warranty ("the product") does not present
any non-conformance at the moment of its delivery.
1.2 The warranty period of the product is of two (2) years and it will take
effect as of the time of delivery to the buyer.
1.3 If a Product non-conformance occurs and the buyer notifies it to the
salesman during the Warranty Period, the salesman should repair or
replace the Product at his own cost in the appropriate place, unless it is
impossible or disproportionate.
1.4 When the Product cannot be repaired nor be replaced, the buyer shall
be able to ask for a proportional price reduction or, if the non-
conformance is sufficiently important, the discharge of the sales contract.
