clean the water tank every 2 – 3 weeks and the MIST plate every week.
carefully remove the water tank from the appliance and empty it. Rinse it with fresh tap water. Let it
completely dry before re-inserting it.
clean the inside of the water tank compartment with a soft and dry cloth.
cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
STORAGE
Keep the appliance away from children and store it in a clean and dry place, best in its original box or cover
it to protect it from dust.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Mist projector works but, doesn't produce mist
- clean the water tank and refill it with clean tap water
- Empty the water tank and check for any damage, e.g. cracks
- Make sure that the water tank is filled with water. A full tank should be sufficient to produce 8 hours of
mist on the lowest level
Mist projector doesn't work
- check if the water tank is filled with water
Fan doesn't work properly
- check if the appliance is properly connected to the mains
- check if there are any damages to the cord or plug.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains
- check if blades are bend or dirty, clean the blades if necessary.
Indicator lights are not lighting up, no wind, no mist
- check if the appliance is properly connected to a power source and switched on.
The projected mist smells peculiar
- During first usage a slight odour could build, the smell should disappear after further use.
- Empty the water tank, clean it and let it completely dry. Afterwards,refill it with fresh tap water
Do not try to repair the appliance yourself, always contact the service center of qualified personnel.
