Troubleshooting
Problem
Red LED (14) and Green LED (13)
do not illuminate to indicate the
Battery (9) is correctly charging
Battery pack has low capacity
Impact driver cannot be switched
'ON' (Trigger Switch (6) does
not move)
Impact driver does not start when
Trigger Switch is depressed

Possible cause
Battery not correctly connected to Battery Charger (11)
Battery Charger not powered
Battery not being fully charged
Battery pack has been charged over 100 times
and capacity has started to reduce
The Forward/Reverse Switch (5) may be in the
middle ('locked') position
Battery completely discharged
Defective Battery
Tool defective
Solution
Clean battery socket of Battery Charger and battery contacts and fully
slide on to Battery Charger so it clicks in a locked position
Recheck mains connection
Do not remove Battery until a full charge is indicated
This is normal for battery packs. Contact your Silverline dealer to
purchase a replacement battery pack
Slide the Forward/Reverse Switch either to the left or right
Recharge Battery or replace with a fully charged Battery
Replace Battery
Contact your dealer or authorised Silverline service centre
