GUARANTEE
This device has a legal guarantee of two years (24 months) in materials and work-
manship from the date of purchase. In case of failure, the client must send the
product for repair. It is advisable to send the product in its original packaging, well
protected to prevent damage in transit. Send the device (INCLUDING REMOTE
CONTROL) with the legal Guarantee Certificate and a copy of proof of purchase

(invoice or receipt).
METRONIC will verify that the device is under warranty and has not been subject
to misuse or manipulation, and subsequently be repaired. Once repaired, the cost
of transportation back to your home are in our care (only Peninsula and Balearic
Islands). Excluded from this warranty is damage due to handling of the unit or
remote control, physical damage caused by corrosive liquids, stains, etc.. Also
excluded damage caused by power surges from the power supply and the damage
caused by natural disasters (fire, lightning, floods, shocks and drops).
Batteries or batteries that have reached the end of its useful life will not be covered by war-
ranty. Changing damaged equipment or any part of MSIM not involve extended warranty.
During the remainder of the warranty period will be repaired if it has not been subject to
misuse or manipulation. If a device previously manipulated, METRONIC provide a repair
estimate to be paid prior to repair. If the warranty period has ended, you can also perform
a repair estimate. You MUST contact the technical service METRONIC before sending any
device.
