The wire linking the motherboard and the control panel
has been interrupted or disconnected
Hopper is empty
Pellet quality
Ignition system damaged
Dirty brazier
Possible ignition failure
Check the pellet level in the hopper and that brazier is
clean and in the correct position.
Check that the door and the ash box are properly closed.
Flue gas fan is disconnected or faulty
Power failure when the stove is operating.
Water probe disconnected or defective
Return water probe disconnected or defective
Problems with the heating system
Problems with the pump
Problems with overheating in the pellet hopper
Dirty ue
Burn pot gaskets worn
