LUBRICATION
To protect your tool, lubricate the motor every time--before and after--you
use this tool. You cannot oil the motor too often.

AIR-FLOW/SPEED ADJUSTMENT
The air-flow regulator controls how
much air enters the motor which
defines the motor speed/power. To
adjust the amount of air flowing
to the motor, turn the air regulator
adjustment screw in either direction
(turns 360 degrees) until desired flow/
motor speed is achieved. To prevent
injury, do not adjust power settings
while the tool is running.
Disconnect the cut-off tool from air supply.
Turn the tool upside down.
While pulling the trigger, pour approximately a teaspoon of air tool oil
in the air inlet. Campbell Hausfeld makes an air tool oil under model
number ST1270.
Connect the tool to the air supply and cover the exhaust port with a
towel.
Run the tool for about 10 seconds. Oil will spray from the exhaust port
when tool is triggered.
Continue to run until no oil is discharged.
Wipe all residual oil from tool before use.
Disconnect tool from air supply.
Remove the cap screw:
a. Hold the arbor stationary
with the arbor wrench
(provided); aligning the flat
sides of the arbor with the
sides of the wrench.
b. Loosen the cap screw by
turning the allen wrench
(provided) counter clockwise
Once loosened, remove the screw by hand (be careful not to lose the
washer) and lift the cutting wheel off the arbor.
Inspect new cutting wheel—do not use if wheel is cracked, chipped or
damaged in any way, as wheel could break apart causing serious injury
or property damage
Place new cutting wheel (maximum 3 inch diameter) on arbor, replace
washer and insert cap screw:
a. Hold the arbor stationary with the arbor wrench (provided);
aligning the flat sides of the arbor with the sides of the wrench.
b. Tighten cap screw by turning the allen wrench (provided) clockwise
until secured
