TEMPORARILY INSERT THE
CARRIER MAST INTO YOUR
HITCH RECEIVER.
USING A TAPE MEASURE, DETERMINE
BAR HEIGHT FOR DRYDOCK.
• Crossbar height
should be equal or
slightly above front
rack system.
SECURE THE ARMS TO THE MAST.
Insert bolts with a
washer on either side
of the support arms
and fasten with a nut.

• Using one of the arms as a
guide for height, insert bolts
to hold the arm temporarily.
TIGHTEN EQUALLY.
TIGHTEN with two 9/16"
wrenches or two
adjustable-end wrenches.
DO NOT
OVERTIGHTEN.
REMOVE ASSEMBLY
AND PLACE ON A FLAT
SURFACE.
GET READY TO INSTALL THE CROSSBAR.
Remove tape pieces from support arm ends.
Be prepared to use the
wrench if crossbar does
not slide in easily.
