Ingredients :

Recipe :
Peel the ginger and the garlic before shopping them into
pieces.
Peel the carrot and cut it into small pieces.
Cut the celery into small pieces.
Chop the pepper.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in 2.
Put all ingredients (except the spinach, the yogurt, the salt and
the pepper) in your heating blender, close the lid and press
"SOUP thrown."
