 When the soup is ready (about 30 minutes), pour into bowls.
Sprinkle with some chopped parsley. Season to your taste.
SPINACH AND RED LENS SOUP (spicy recipe)
Ingredients :
- 100 grams of fresh spinach
- 50 grams of cherry tomatoes
- 50 grams of red lentils
- 80 grams of celery
- 15 grams of fresh ginger
- 1 large carrot
- 1 red chilli pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 500 ml of broth
- 1 yogurt
- Salt and pepper
Recipe :
 Peel the ginger and the garlic before shopping them into
pieces.
 Peel the carrot and cut it into small pieces.
 Cut the celery into small pieces.
Chop the pepper.
 Cut the cherry tomatoes in 2.
 Put all ingredients (except the spinach, the yogurt, the salt and
the pepper) in your heating blender, close the lid and press
"SOUP thrown."
