SPICY APPLE SAUCE
Ingredients :
- 450 grams of apples
- 200 ml of apple juice
- Zest of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe :
 Peel the apples, remove the core and the seeds before cutting
them into small pieces.
 Put all ingredients in your heating blender and add 70 ml of
water.
 Close the lid and press the "SAUCE" program.
 When the preparation is ready (about 27 minutes), use it as
desired. Sprinkle with cinnamon for more flavour.
STRAWBERRY RHUBARB SAUCE
Ingredient :
- 150 grams of rhubarb
- 200 grams of strawberries
- 100 ml of orange juice
- 2 teaspoons of lemon
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 clove of vanilla
Recipe :
 After removing the leaves of rhubarb, cut off the ends, peel and
cut into small pieces.
