SPICY APPLE SAUCE
Ingredients :
- 450 grams of apples
- 200 ml of apple juice
- Zest of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe :
Peel the apples, remove the core and the seeds before cutting
them into small pieces.
Put all ingredients in your heating blender and add 70 ml of
water.
Close the lid and press the "SAUCE" program.
When the preparation is ready (about 27 minutes), use it as
desired. Sprinkle with cinnamon for more flavour.
STRAWBERRY RHUBARB SAUCE
Ingredient :
- 150 grams of rhubarb
- 200 grams of strawberries
- 100 ml of orange juice
- 2 teaspoons of lemon
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 clove of vanilla
Recipe :
After removing the leaves of rhubarb, cut off the ends, peel and
cut into small pieces.
