VEGETABLES AND TORTELLINI SOUP
Ingredients :
- 50 grams of zucchini
- 50 grams of carrots
- 50 grams of red peppers
- 80 grams of dried tortellini
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 leek
- 500 ml of broth
- Some parmesan
- Salt and pepper
Recipe :
Deseed the peppers and cut them into small pieces.
Cut the zucchini and carrots into small pieces.
Chop the leeks.
Place all ingredients, except parmesan, in your heating blender,
close the lid and press the "SOUP THROWN" program.
When the preparation is ready (about 30 minutes), pour the
soup into bowls, sprinkle with parmesan and season to your
taste.
