 When the preparation is ready (about 30 minutes), place the
spinach and the yogurt. Let the soup rest for a few moments
before pouring the soup into bowls. Season to your taste.
VEGETABLES AND TORTELLINI SOUP
Ingredients :
- 50 grams of zucchini
- 50 grams of carrots
- 50 grams of red peppers
- 80 grams of dried tortellini
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 leek
- 500 ml of broth
- Some parmesan
- Salt and pepper
Recipe :
 Deseed the peppers and cut them into small pieces.
 Cut the zucchini and carrots into small pieces.
 Chop the leeks.
 Place all ingredients, except parmesan, in your heating blender,
close the lid and press the "SOUP THROWN" program.
 When the preparation is ready (about 30 minutes), pour the
soup into bowls, sprinkle with parmesan and season to your
taste.
