7. Insert Sink and Tighten Mounting Clips
A. With sink (A) in the upside down position, place a
continuous and generous bead of silicone sealant
or plumber's putty around the entire perimeter of
the rim. This serves as a watertight seal.
B. Turn clips (AA) back as noted in diagram.
C. Lift sink (A), turn face up, and lower into the
countertop cutout opening.
D. Line up front rim of sink (A) with the front edge
of the counter.
E. Turn clips (AA) back to original position for
tightening.
F. Underneath the countertop, begin tightening clips
(AA) with a screwdriver or nut driver (not included)
in an even fashion, alternating sides while tightening,
until the entire rim is sealed. Do not overtighten.
G. Wipe excess sealant from perimeter with a wet cloth.
8. Final Installation
A. Re-connect and tighten hot and cold faucet supply
lines, strainer, drain, and trap assembly (all not
included). NOTE: Depending on the location of sink
drain holes, it may be necessary to adjust the drain
pipe fittings under the sink (A) to accommodate the
new installation.
B. Turn on water supply and check all connections for
leaks. If leak appears, tighten joint slightly. Do not
overtighten.
C. With stopper (not included) in place, fill the sink and
check for leaks under sink and around drain flange.
Remove stopper and let water drain while checking
drain connections.
