English
If you encounter a problem, please review the items in the following checklist. This guide will help you
isolate the problem if the unit is at fault. Otherwise, make sure the rest of your system is properly
connected or consult your authorized ALPINE dealer.
Symptom
The POWER button does not function.
The power is turned on but the unit does not
operate.
The picture is not clear.
No picture on Monitor screen during playback
or recording.
Unable to record.
No Remote Control operation.
Cautions Concerning Maintenance
• Plastic is used extensively in the front of the cabinet. If it is wiped with benzene or paint thinner,
etc., it could cause deterioration or pealing of the paint finish, etc., so avoid use of such cleaners.
• Please wipe off dirt on the cabinet or operating panel with a soft cloth. When the product becomes
dirty use a cloth dampened with a non-abrasive or non-harsh cleaning solution. Wring the cloth out
completely, then wipe. Dry the finish by wiping with a dry cloth.
• Do not allow volatile substances, such as insecticides, on the cabinet. Also, do not leave products
made of rubber or vinyl, etc. in contact with this unit for long periods of time. Doing so could cause
damage to the products finish.
