Battery will not charge
• Check the charge level to verify that the battery needs to be charged.
• Check that the connector is installed correctly.
• Check the connector and cable for damage.
Electric assist provides more or less than expected assistance
• Make sure the battery is charged.
• Make sure the battery power button is turned on.
• Check the connection of the battery to the dock.
• Check that the connector is installed correctly and check the connector for damage.
• Check that the rack load does not exceed the maximum capacity of 25 kg (55 lb).
Continuous error beep sound from the hub
• Restart the battery.
• If the error beep persists after restart, turn the battery off and consult your dealer.
Power cable is damaged
• Consult your dealer.
