ROUND TRACK, SIDE MOUNT

CARRIER INSTALLATION
• Locate carriers equal distance from vertical edges of door to
desired location. Center line of carrier should be between 1-1/2"
to 6" from edge depending on carrier style, door width and
desired location. Mark center line with pencil.
• Locate carriers on door so the top edge of door is 13/16" – 7/8"
from outer edge of carrier wheel. This creates a 3/32" gap
between the top of the door and the track Mark hole location
over previously marked center line.
• Drill pilot holes at mounting hole location and attach carriers
using provided screws.

TRACK INSTALLATION
• Track height = door height + desired floor gap and carrier. Gap = 3/32"
• Track is designed to be secured on 16" center or less (to line up with wood or steel framing
structures) and within 6" of each end. For walls with greater spacing between structural
members, additional structure must be provided to achieve the required fastener spacing.
Lay out the location of the rail on the wall at the proper height.
Find the locations of the structural wall framing members or solid anchor points and slide
brackets onto track at the proper spacing. If the mounting locations do not meet the above
requirements, additional structure must be provided to achieve the required fastener
spacing.
• A shim board may be required to space track from wall to clear base or door molding and to
provide a flat surface to mount track.
• Drill clearance holes for mounting fasteners using a 1/8" bit through the brackets at the
proper locations.
• Secure the track to the wall through the predrilled holes into the structural wall members
using provided fasteners.

END STOPS AND CENTER GUIDE INSTALLATION
(FLOOR-MOUNTED AND WALL-MOUNTED)
• Install the door on the track by sliding on end. If space does not allow for this
then door must be tilted out and carriers placed on track until door can be
swung down to proper position.
• After installing the door onto the track, slide the door to the desired opened
position.
• Install the END STOP bracket to the floor or wall so that the door stops in the
desired OPEN position.
• Install the CENTER GUIDE bracket on the other end of the door so the door is
always captured by this bracket in the fully opened and fully closed position.
• Slide door to closed position so door is still contained by center guide; mount
remaining end stop for the closed position.
NOTE: The track must be level in order for door to stay level.
Brackets must be mounted in orientation shown.
