12. Once you have reached the end of the tube 042013, screw on part 022003, then screw on the next
tube 042013 and continue to assemble the staircase (Fig. 1) (Fig. 8).
13. Once you have reached the end of the tube 042013, screw part 022001 onto part 046036 keeping
the threaded hole facing up (screw on part 046036 taking into account that it must be at the same
height as the landing floor). Continue fitting the treads using the compensation part 023001 in the
spacer D78 or D79 and the spacer rings 131030 or 131031 (Fig. 9).
14. Cut part 023001 about 3 mm from the edge of the shortest part and fit it to the spacer D78 or D79,
and then fit in order spacer D78 or D79 and the landing 088003-088004. Position the landing with
the small hole (that will be used to fit the baluster) on the landing side of the treads (Fig. 7).
15. Fit parts 023035 or 023037, 022065, 009010 and tighten part 005008 (Fig. 1).
Fastening the landing
16. Move part 047009 close to the floor. Determine the position keeping a distance of about 15 cm from
the edge of the landing, drill using a 14mm Ø bit and finally fasten using parts 008001 (Fig. 1).
17. Secure parts 047009 to the landing using parts 011053 (drill a hole in the landing using a 4.5mm Ø bit).
18. Position parts 132016 (Fig. 1).
Assembling the railing
19. Release part 005008 and fan out the treads 103008. You can now climb the stairs.
20. Starting from the landing, fit the connecting balusters 127012 between the treads fitting part 033135
on each tread with the dowel hole facing the ascending direction. If necessary, cut the balusters
127012 on the lower side to obtain a railing height of about 100 cm.
21. Orient the balusters with part CB3 with the drilled part facing up (Fig. 1) (Fig. 7). Tighten part 001010
of the lower and upper tread taking the rise into account (Fig. 1).
22. Check that all the balusters positioned are vertical. Take care during this operation as it is very
important for successful assembly.
23. Finally tighten part 005008 (Fig. 7).
24. Fasten part 033142 to the floor in correspondence to the first baluster drilling a hole using an 8mm Ø
bit. Use parts 011053, 008004 and 001004 (Fig. 1).
25. Position the first baluster 127012; adjust the height in relation to the balusters fitted previously (Fig. 1).
26. Prepare the helical handrails (p. 40).
27. Assemble parts 033142 on the treads with parts 002040 in an intermediate position, drill a hole
using a 4.5mm Ø bit. Determine the height of the intermediate balusters by measuring the distance
from the handrail to the tread, deduct the 5mm thickness of part 033142 from the measurement
made and cut the balusters on the free end. Fit the cut balusters in parts 033142, fasten them to the
handrail making sure that they are vertical and tighten part 001004 (Fig. 1).
28. Complete railing assembly by fitting parts 031064 to the lower part of the balusters 127012 and
parts 004051 to the sides of the treads (Fig. 1).
Assembling the balustrade
29. Screw part 033063 onto the tie-rod 046036 using the screw 011038 (Fig. 1). Assemble the baluster
121028 with parts F35 and CB3 and parts 001027, 001028 and C79, fit it into part 033063 and
fasten it with parts 001004 positioning the bracket CB3 according to the railing direction.
30. Position parts 033063 on the landing using parts 002040 and 001004. Drill a hole in the landing
using a 4.5mm Ø bit keeping a distance between centres of not more than 12cm.
31. Position the balusters 121028 and tighten part 001004 (Fig. 1).
32. Fasten the straight handrail 140053 using parts 002031 (Fig. 1).
33. Depending on the position and whether there are walls around the opening of the staircase, one or
two extra balusters 121028 may need to be positioned (Fig. 7).
34. In this case, allow for a space equidistant from the other balusters or from the wall. Drill a hole in the
landing using a 4.5mm Ø bit and assemble parts 033063, 001004 and 002040 (Fig. 1) .
35.  F ittingabalustradeonthefloor(Fig.12):
Determine the position of the balusters on the floor, on average one every 12cm and about 8cm
away from the edge. Caution: for circular balustrades, determine the length of the handrails and cut
off the excess; use the circular handrail to determine the distance of the balusters from the edge of
