7. Shaker Operation
The platelet stirrer has been designed for a quiet and continuous blood bag
operation.
To enable a continuous operation monitoring, the equipment records all
break times, both due to loading and unloading, as unforeseen ones, due
to power failure.
7.1 Starting-up
Start the equipment by pressing the main switch.
By a (short) press of the button, it stops for loading and unloading.
The stop lasts for a determined «T» time. After this time, the stirrer starts
automatically.
With a long press you can access the record menu.
7.2 Break counter
One can access the break counter by the single button.
This counter can be reset to zero.

automatically.
7.3 Power supply fails
The computer registers the power failures.
For every stop, the computer registers date, time and duration of the stop.
Registration of stops can be reset.
7.4 Password
Access the above parameters is password protected.
Password is 1111.
Password can be momentarily unlocked, to facilitate access to counters and
registers before initiating treatment.
7.5 Settings
The agitation speed is factory set. If it is necessary to modify this speed,
remove the blue rear plug and adjust the speed by using a flat screwdriver.
7.6 Parameters selection rotatory button
This equipment has an only button in the control panel, which has a couple
of movements: circular and rotatory.
