If you have used detergent to clean the
griddle, make sure that you rub it lightly with
oil afterwards!

Wipe the housing with a damp cloth . If
necessary, put a little mild detergent on the cloth
and wipe this off afterwards with clear water . Dry
everything properly .
Storage

Store the cleaned appliance in a clean, dust-free
and dry location .
