13.2 Fault table
Fault / LED diagnostic "traffic light" diplay
The appliance does not start.
Inadequate flow rate.
Set temperature is not achieved.
Heating does not switch ON.
No hot water and no "traffic light" display.
No hot water at flow rate of > 3 l/min.
"Traffic light" display:
Green flashing or constantly ON.
No hot water at flow rate of > 3 l/min.
"Traffic light" display:
Yellow constantly ON; green flashing
No hot water at flow rate of > 3 l/min.
"Traffic light" display:
Yellow constantly ON; green flashing

Cause
The shower head / perlators are scaled-up.
The sieve in the appliance is dirty.
One phase down.
The air sensor detects the presence of air in the
water and briefly switches the heater OFF.
The MCB/fuse has responded/blown.
Safety pressure limiter AP 3 has tripped.
The PCB is faulty.
The PCB is faulty.
DFE flow sensor is not plugged in.
DFE flow sensor is faulty.
The high limit safety cut-out has tripped or its lead
is broken.
The heating system is faulty.
The PCB is faulty.
The heating system is faulty.
The PCB is faulty.
Remedy
Descale or if necessary replace the shower head /
perlators.
Clean the sieve.
Check the MCB/fuse in your fuse box.
The appliance restarts after one minute.
Check the MCB/fuse in your fuse box.
Remove the cause of the fault (e.g. faulty pressure
washer).
Protect the system against overheating by opening
a draw-off valve downstream of the appliance for
one minute. This depressurises and cools down the
heating system.
Activate the safety pressure switch at flow pressu-
re by pressing the reset button. See also chapter
"Commissioning".
Check the PCB and replace, if required.

Push the flow sensor plug back on.
Check the flow sensor and replace if necessary.
Check the high limit safety cut-out and replace if
necessary.
Measure the resistance of the heating system and
replace if necessary.
