General Warnings
DO NOT install this product without first reading and
understanding this instruction manual. If you are unable to
understand these warnings, cautions, and instructions,
contact a healthcare professional or dealer before
attempting to install this equipment.
Warnings:
Prior to each use check to assure that all screws, joints and fittings on
the transfer bench are tight.
DO NOT
place the transfer bench on uneven surfaces.
DO NOT
use if wobbly, unstable or not level.
DO NOT
twist or turn while seated on transfer bench, this may cause frame to
bend.
DO NOT
exceed user weight capacity of 350 lbs. (158 kg)
DO NOT
stand on the transfer bench.
DO NOT
use the transfer bench for anything, but its intended purpose.
DO NOT
use transfer bench or chair unless set to a height were feet lay
flat on the ground while seated. If your feet do not lay flat you should
adjust the seat to the proper height.
Only use the arm support as an assist, do not use to support full body weight.

Check that all push buttons are fully protruded from the mainframe through
the leg extensions and are properly engaged.

Excessive twisting or turning while seated on the transfer bench may cause a
loss of balance and/or damage to the product.

Ensure all four legs are adjusted evenly and are free of any obstructions
prior to use.

Check rubber tips for rips, cracks or wear. If these conditions exist,
DO NOT use the tips and replace immediately. (Rubber tips can
be ordered.)

Transfer bench may not allow shower curtain to close completely and
spill water from shower/bath onto the floor. Be mindful, checking for
wet floor surfaces when using the transfer bench.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS MAY
RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURIES
NOTE: Upon receipt of the package, check ALL parts for
shipping damage. If shipping damage is noted, DO NOT
