CLEANING THE GRID, GUARD FRAME AND WELL

Caution - Warning
Clean the plate appropriately, using the op-
tional equipment available.
Important
When cleaning, use only food-approved de-
tergents.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Switch the appliance off and leave it to cool.
1)
Turn off the circuit-breaker to disconnect it
2)
from the electrical mains.
Remove the splash guard frame (A) and
3)
clean it.
Remove the grid (B).
4)
Use the brush (C) provided to remove cooking
5)
residues from the plate.
Spread a suitable degreaser on the plate and
6)
leave it to act for a few minutes.
Clean the plate thoroughly with a sponge,
7)
rinse with plenty of water and dry.
Use the handle (D) to lift the resistances to
8)
access the tank.
Be sure to lock the resistances to the pin (E).
9)
Apply a food-grade detergent to the inside
10)
of the well.
Rinse the well with drinking water and
11)
drain.
Restore the initial conditions after comple-
12)
ting the operation.
