Important
Never use the appliance with no water in the
well, as this may damage its structure.
Important
Before switch on the appliance fi ll the well
with water using the knob (C).
Lighting
Operate the appliance's master switch to

connect it to the electrical mains.
Turn the knob (B) clockwise (pos.1) to turn on
2)
the electricity supply.
The mains light (D) comes on.
Turn the knob (A) clockwise (setting 3) to
3)
turn on the heating elements and operating
times in order to keep the cooking tempera-
ture constant.
Important
With the knob (A) set on (MAX), the heating

elements operate continuously. With the
knob (A) turned to other position (from 1 to
8), the heating element operating times are
directly proportional to the power setting se-
lected.
Turning off
Turn both the knobs (A-B) anti-clockwise

(setting 2-5) to turn off the appliance.
The mains light (D) goes out.
Turn off the appliance's circuit breaker to

disconnect it from the electrical mains.
Important
Turn off the water supply tap.
