Nitrogen Handles features
These are for working in an oxygen-free atmosphere providing better quality soldering.
They offer extra heat to the solder joint and help prevent oxidation. The JBC GN-A Nitrogen
Generator Module or an external nitrogen feed is needed at the operator's bench.

Changing cartridges
Before changing the cartridge
Nozzle
First remove the nozzle. Then loosen the screw
to remove the cartridge (T245-NA / T470-
NA).
Use a pliers to change or remove
nozzles when hot.

After changing the cartridge

Insert the cartridge, tighten the screw and
then place the nozzle.

Use the holes for fixing the
cartridge* as follows:
A. For straight C210.
B. For curved C210.
C. For curved C245.
D. For straight C245.
2. Inserting
Insert the new cartridge* and press slightly
as far as the mark and tighten the screw.
