Faulty battery
Battery can't be charged
4.1 Repair instructions:
- Before repairing or cleaning, please make sure that the charger is not connected to the mains.
- Store it in a clean, dry place
- Wind the cable when not in use
- Clean the casing and cable with a slightly damp cloth
- Wash off the corrosives on the clips with a mixture of water and baking soda
- Regularly check the cable for cracks and other damage and replace if necessary

Cause
The Faulty battery LED will light up when
the battery voltage is lower than 2V; or the
battery has a fault such as open circuit, short
circuit or severe vulcanization.
AC input power not available
Wrong connection of battery terminals
Wrong charging voltage selected
Battery voltage is too low
The temperature of charged battery is too
low

Solution
Ask the professional technician to test the battery.
Check that the charger is plugged into an AC socket
and the Power connection LED is lit.
Unplug the charger and check the battery connections;
make sure the battery terminals/poles and/or the
vehicle chassis are properly connected.
Check that the charging voltage selected when
charging the battery is correct.
Make sure that the battery is charged for a enough
long time
If the battery is charged under extremely cold
conditions (temperature below 0° C), high-rate
charging is not acceptable at this time, so the initial
charging rate is low. The charging rate increases as
the battery temperature increases.
