32. Stow hand pump handle in the
spring clips on pump mounting
plate (FIG. 17-1).
33. Attach pump operation decal
inside the pump cover as shown
in FIG. 17-2.
34. Bolt on the pump cover as shown
in FIG. 17-3. Torque the bolts
(cap screws) to 10 - 14 lb.- in.
