Keep dirt, water and other contaminants from entering the hydraulic system.
Before opening the hydraulic fl uid reservoir fi ller cap, drain plug and hydrau-
lic lines, clean up contaminants that can get in the openings. Also, protect the
openings from accidental contamination.
11. Disconnect high pressure hose from
elbow on Port "A" of the pump manifold
(FIG. 7-1).
12. Connect elbow with swivel
(Kit item) to the elbow on Port
A (FIG. 7-2). Do not tighten
connector until later in this
procedure.
13. Next, connect needle valve (Kit item) to the
elbow with swivel (FIG. 7-2). Then, con-
nect branch tee (Kit item) to needle valve
as shown in FIG. 7-2. Do not tighten con-
nectors until later in this procedure.
