Socket Installation
• Disconnect the tool from the power source before
changing the socket .
• Select the right socket for the job.
• Align the orifice for the socket retaining pin with the
retaining pin in the square drive.
• Press the socket into the square drive until is set into
position.
• To remove the socket, press the retaining pin through
the orifice and pull the socket until removing it from the
square drive.
• Always use impact socket for this tool. Do not use
sockets for hand tools. Consult the
Catalog to learn about our accessory range.
• Use 1/2" sockets for square drives.
• Using adaptors for sockets with other measures is not
recommended. Use them only when strictly necessary.
WARNING • If a socket has not been secured and
adjusted as indicated it can shoot out and injure the
operator.
