Silicone Half Mask Respirator :

Warning:

Please use the SATA dust respirator during the validity period to effectively protect you from the corresponding dust particles in

the air

Any improper use can lead to illness, so please refer to the operating instruction or contact our technician for proper use

Operating instruction:

1 ） Be sure to carefully read and fully understand the instructions herein before use.

2） If you do not follow the operating instruction and the operating restrictions to wear SATA dust mask in the dust, smoke, silica dust

or other harmful environments, it will reduce the protective effect of the mask and cause illness.

3） Dust, smoke, fog, harmful particles, non-particulate gases or vapors, and visible or invisible substances will endanger your health.

4） If you have any of the following cases, please leave the contaminated area immediately or replace the mask:

a）Have a broken mask;

b）Taste or smell irritating pollutants;

c）Have unwell or difficulty breathing;

d）Feel dizziness or other discomforts.

5） When the breathing resistance increases, the filter cotton must be replaced.

6） Please replace the filter cotton in a place away from the contaminated area.

Operating restrictions:

1 ） The SATA filter mask does not provide oxygen, so please do not use it in the environment where the oxygen concentration is below

18% or in the smoky environment.

2） Please do not use it in the oxygen-rich environment.

3） Please do not use it under flammable or explosive conditions.

4） Please do not use it under the following conditions:

a）The concentration of contaminants reaches a level that is immediately life-threatening or is harmful to health;

b）There are unknown contaminants;

c）There are hazardous gases in the environment;

d）In a closed environment such as tanks, or in the environments other than protective objects.

5） Do not modify or misuse the mask.

6） Beard or facial hair may cause the face and the edge of the mask to not fit snugly. Before entering the working site, please

assemble the dust filter and wear the mask snugly without air leakage.

Check procedures:

Please check the mask before each use. If the mask is damaged, replace it immediately. The check procedures are as follows:

1 ） Check the mask for cracks, tears, or breakage;

2） Check if the headband is complete and flexible;

3） Check all plastic parts and silicone rubber parts for cracks or breakage.

Cleaning and storage:

1 ） After each use, it is recommended to remove the filter cotton and clean the mask.

2） Wipe the mask surface（excluding the filter cotton）with a piece of clean cloth dampened with medical alcohol.

3） Clean the mask not in use, and bag the mask and store it in a non-contaminated area without exposure to sunlight.
