No OSD lights are illuminated.

but red "Service Required" light is
illuminated accompanied by a
beeping audible alarm.
Both OSD lights are illuminated.
Yellow Low Oxygen light
is illuminated.
Yellow Low Oxygen light
is illuminated and an intermittent
audible alarm sounds every
five seconds.

If the concentration is within specification, replace
