IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable luminaire has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This
plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
CAUTION:
1. Place the lamp on a flat, solid surface to prevent it from tipping over.
2. Do not place illuminated bulb face down on any type of surface.
3. Keep the fixture at least 6 inches from curtains, furniture, appliances, etc. or any type of combustible materials.
4. Do not exceed the MAX R20/PAR20 bulb wattage of 50 watts. (see label attached to the lamp shade).
5. Not suitable for wet or damp locations.

INSTALLATION:
1. Screw the bulb into the lamp holder by turning clockwise.
2. Insert the plug into a 120 volt polarized outlet. If the plug does not fit,
reverse the plug so that the wide blade fits into the wide receptacle terminal.
3. Use the inline rotary switch to turn the lamp ON and OFF.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
Problem
Light bulb will not illuminate.
Fuse blows or circuit breaker trips when light bulb
is illuminated.
PRODUCT MAINTENANCE:
1. To clean the interior and the exterior of the fixture, unplug the power cord from the 120 volt outlet. Use a dry or slightly,
water dampened cloth to wipe the surface of the fixture. Allow the fixture to dry thoroughly prior to plugging it back in.
2. To clean the light bulb, use a dry soft cloth and dust off carefully.
Note: DO NOT use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents or harsh abrasives as damage or fading to the finish may occur.
The manufacturer warrants this lighting fixture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year(s)
from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and
service. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer's only obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or
replacement of the product at the manufacturer's discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse,
accident, modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been
improperly installed, set-up, or used in any way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. This warranty shall
not apply to a failure of the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or faulty installation, or any other
failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the product, such as
surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. The manufacturer does not warrant and specially disclaims any
warranty, whether express or implied, of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. The manufacturer
specifically disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental loss or damage, including but not limited
to any labor / expense costs involved in the replacement or repair of said product.
Possible Cause
1. Light bulb is burned out.

Crossed wires or power wire is
